Return and Exchange Policy:
●If there are missing parts or errors in the product, please contact us within three days after arrival. Overdue will not be accepted.
●The fifteen-day appreciation period refers to a reconsideration period, not a trial period.
●Items must be in complete, unused condition, and able to be restored to their original state for returns and exchanges.
●If the outer packaging is opened, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
●Return and exchange shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
●If there is an error in the shipping information and you need to make changes, please inform us before shipment
●After shipping, there will be a change requiring a MYR$15 shipping fee
●Due to incorrect recipient information resulting in the rejection of the goods and the return of the product, a refund for that order will be subject to a deduction of MYR$15 shipping fees. Resending the product will also incur additional charges.

●During the transportation of products, box damage may inevitably occur. If there is no photo or video taken during unboxing, we are unable to provide an exchange; we can only provide a replacement outer box. This policy does not apply to non-box damage issues.
